Hey y’all, what are some good exit opportunities to look for in Canada? Some context: I’m a healthcare consultant without a clinical background, but I really don’t love the work I’m doing. Not interested in joining the public sector and unfortunately there aren’t too many startups or interesting tech companies in the healthcare/life sciences space in Canada. Any thoughts?

To put it bluntly, I know certain people with less experience and a lower performance rating are getting paid more than me due to my role working with payroll data. I suspect this was due to the fact that I did not counter offer when I accepted this role, which was a few months ago, and now I regret it.
