Hi All - I recently received an offer at Amazon for a global engagement manager position. Originally interviewed for the senior manager position (L6) but they want to bring me in at the manager level (L5). Anyone have insight into if this is fair? I have an MBA and +14 years of experience, around 8 of them have been in consulting. TC offer is 254k so would also be curious if this is a fair offer.

How to change project in tcs for newly joined lateral.

How do you navigate making time for gym / self care? I recently started a big law position as a recent grad. We are WFH still and for the foreseeable future. I am totally fine with working long hours 7 days/week, and so far I’m averaging 9 to 11 hours of billables per day. But being WFH does make it hard to know where “off” and “on” lines are. The project I am on is essentially just constant work until December. Is it ok to take 45-60m to run to the gym in my building a few times a week?
