(1)$300k 540sq ft studio (2007) in Rosslyn with $244 condo fees and parking; or

(2) $260k 440sq ft studio (1959) in Dupont with $400 condo fees no parking.

Looking at buying a first home in DC and debating a refurbished townhome versus one that I’d fix up myself.
