I have an offer from Accenture, level - 9 & fixed pay - 16.5lpa. Can anyone please suggest how to structure the compensation plan so that I can reduce tax as much as possible.
Currently I can utilise the following tax exemptions & deductions
1.HRA
2.Standard deductions+ prof. Tax
3.80C - 1.5(pf, vpf, term insurance)
4. NPS - 50k
5.No home loans

Any other tax benefit I can use?

I got offer from CTS. But Hr is asking to provide form16 or pf statement for all my previous companies, else my background check will fail. Is it true?
I can provide these for my current company, but difficult to get for earlier ones, since it's been almost 10 yrs I have left them. I have written to hr of previous companies but no response yet.
I told CTS HR that I have experience letter, relieving letter, salary slips , bank statement, but she says it's not enough. Any thoughts pls?

I interviewed at a company. The recruiter asked my expectation before the interview & I quoted 3x of my present salary & they were fine with it.( I did not reveal my existing salary). I am expecting an offer but I have a feeling they will ask for my existing & then offer accordingly . I have 9.5 years of exp. but my existing is low as my existing comp. Is from a tier 2 city. Both have wfh. Any negotiation tips to deal with this scenario will be highly valuable.
