Just Sharpen your English skills a little bit. You don’t have to be perfect. If you reach out to people with such sentence structures, you will never get a project. Are you a native English speaker?

Same with me.. I'm not a native english speaker but studied english in school..still I struggled and realized when in IT english is definitely a good skill to have and I would say probably more than any technical skill..

OP - I am a native born American and English is the only language I really know. Improving my speaking and writing skills has propelled me to the executive level. It takes time and practice, but is a skill that will continue to pay you back for the rest of your life. I continue to invest in my speaking and writing skills to continue to further my career.

OP - you are already taking the first steps. No one starts perfect. Keep practicing and improving - you will get there. Best of luck to you on your journey.

.Well I'll be the first to really answer the questions I guess.
1. I did research work on several new topics internally, got some certifications and always asked for stuff to do to stay on the radars.
2. I got a lot of cloud certifications for example I got a professional Google cloud architect with little to non experience but it was a great experience and a great booster (well prerequisite is that you are interested in that and your field makes use of it.
3. Definitely the gcp architect was the most valuable one

Hi Fishes,
Am a Cybersecurity Associate Consultant with 3 YOE. Currently am working on L3 role. Have got an offer from IBM for the band 06A and L1 role. In the interview manager said as I don't have any relevant certification and my explanation could be theoretical, so he can only consider me for L1 roles. And I need to network within the organization to work as a L2 that too after 6 months of joining.
Is 06A right band for me, how should I negotiate to review my band after accepting the offer

Incoming MBA, I have my tuition paid for and rent covered (I will be an RA). So the only thing I need to pay for is food and entertainment. Do you think 20k is enough to last me through the 2 years? I will make a little money interning in the summer, so that would be a safety valve if I blow through the 20k.

Or… should I take a small loan?

Looking for advice, I’m in my first FT job post grad. I’ve been in my role for almost a year, but interned at the company in college too. I really like my agency (not necessarily the account) but another agency recently reached out to me for an AE role. I don’t want to leave my agency but wondering if I should still interview with the other company? I’ve been doing AE level work for a long time and want a promotion, but I feel guilty interviewing elsewhere. Thoughts? Advice? Thanks in advance.
