Capgemini offered 15 LPA fixed for B2 grade during HR round then on offer letter gave a C1 Grade with 15 LPA Fixed plus Variable. That brought out the fixed to 13.5 LPA. I straightway asked the recruiter to revise as per our discussion and didi not accept the offer letter. HR told she will try and revise. Right way to go? Capgemini Tata Consultancy Accenture

I recently completed interview process with Neudesic. 2 Weeks passd but the offer letter didn't came. I called recruiter in the morning today, she told due to IBM merger they are excpecting some movement from IBM to Neudesic. So position is on hold for now.
I asked them 18 LPA. I have 2.2 years of exp. Recruiter told my interview was very good with a positive feedback. She told to wait till October end to get clarity.
Anybody in the same boat?

17 LPA is a bit low with Azure. But given the layoffs I’d say accept. Are you waiting for any further offers.?
Staying and leaving is totally up to you. But to get a higher package one must switch jobs. Internal hikes are always low. See where you reach with all the offers pending & then try to negotiate with your own company. Good luck.

Try switch and shopping to get past 20lpa.
