I had a question- My job location is Seattle and currently due to covid and work from home, I am in Texas. If my H1B FY22 gets picked up (currently on F1). Do I have to return back to Seattle or I can continue to work from Texas? Know there is 90 miles rule in place but not sure how stringent it is. Please can you let me know.

For those who lived in SF and/or NY before, do you have a preference? NY is great for finance opportunities but heard it's super cut throat. SF is great for tech opportunities and it seems more likely for females to find a relationship here compared to NY because more males than females here. Just by looking online, both places are comparable for rent and are small in apartment sizes.
