I recently went through an interview process for an investment banking role at a well respected mid market bank. I had two rounds of interviews, and the second round was with two VPs. All interviews went very well - conversation was great, and I got enthusiastic verbal feedback during and at the conclusion of each interview. It’s been three weeks and I have heard nothing, even after 2 follow ups to HR. I saw on LinkedIn they hired 2 people. I assume I got rejected - thoughts? What do I do next?

Hi there. I have couple of interviews for technical sourcer role. Few major companies have sourcing exercises as part of the interview process. Does anyone have an idea what sort of questions do they ask or the tools they provide for this. Do I need to build Boolean or x ray search?

Hi! I just graduated college in December and have been working as analyst at a small boutique recruiting firm for less than a year. In the time I have been with the company it has become clear that the team is over worked, stressed, and unhappy. The people I work with are great people and it is a great team but if a whole team is unhappy how effective can we be? I don't feel like I have any authority to bring it up to our cheif of staff so what should I do?

If you work in a SaaS organization, what is the average requisition load your recruiters carry ? I am looking at revisiting my teams workloads and lower it so we can offer better candidate and internal customer experience.
