Hi fishies 🐠 I’m an Art Director that’s trying to transition over to UX Design. I have experience building websites and some previous freelance work doing some UI/UX. What’s the best route to transition over and would I need to apply for entry level roles? Does an AD role with a UI/UX focus even exist? I like working on controls/SOX much more than substantive. I thought about switching internally to advisory and doing internal audit but not sure what the best move is.

Hi all, I've been working in PM for nearing 10 years. I've worked myself up the ladder to senior PM, I feel I've done all I can within the company and really have itchy feet and want to move into a new industry within the UK.

Initially it will be manual and then it will have automation testing. At the same time I have an offer in another company with good package but there won't be much learning compared to the current company project I am yet to get locked. Is learning important and priority for 4.5 years of experience? Or better to go with the high package offer? (Other company offer is from TCS). Your valuable comments would help.

Looking to possibly make a career change but I’m honestly not sure where to go next. I’m a finance manager working in the RV industry and I do really well but I am looking for a normal schedule and to finally have Saturdays off so I can make it to all my kid’s games. I have been working for a Jaipur based Digital Marketing Agency for 2.5 years now. Overall I have 5 YoE in the industry.

I tired to switch the company for Growth & Learning, Got 60k + WFH offer. My current company matched the offer (60k + WFH). The company helped me a lot in my bad times (Covid, Mom's illness, my operation etc).
Can I think of switching the company after 6 months and expect 90k-100 from the next company?
