A bit of a vent- I love being a producer, and producing certainly involves a certain level of expected stress, but it’s so hard being at the end of the agency process. It feels like so much is asked of us and we are so frequently set up to fail (time, money, or communication-wise), no matter how proactive we are in trying to mitigate these things. I am looking for Scrum Master opportunity and have been selected in Deloitte and EY

However , they are now asking me for immediate joining which is not possible(as per HR) as i am serving notice period of which less then 45days are left.
I have made this clear on day 1 to the recruiters
One more thing, they are not offering any decent package
Eg- Deloitte is offering 15LPA for a 7.5yrs exp Scrum Master
