Looking for Advice! I’m starting a new job at J.p. morgan chase. I did the background/fingerprinting on 7/11. I show on 7/12 the report came back and everything was cleared but 2 work places I did in college (one is now closed). My start date is 7/26 but without being cleared yet i’m scared to give my employer my exit date. I don’t have the liberty to go a week without pay if i can help it. JPMC hasn’t contacted me about any of this. My new manager says they typically wrap it up right before.
