Total comp: Not sure how to calculate rsu because it’s not actually 25k per year?? Have to double check with recruiter.
Location: Hoboken

Also have a HM call set up sometime next week. Anyone know which team I should actively avoid? I don’t want to name the team in case I doxx myself.

Is there room to negotiate for a sign on / higher base? On paper it looks like 199TC

I had my HR discussion in Cognizant and they've provided me the compensation details on telephonic conversation. But I haven't received any mail for documents submission. Can anyone tell me what's the exact procedure and how long it normally takes as my Notice period will be over within 3 weeks.

So I got 2 offers, 1 at a well-known firm (that I previously worked at, not as an atty) that offered 80K plus full benefits (100% health coverage, PTO, sick days, discretionary bonus & 1800 billable req.) Their a little old school in their methods but I do see the younger gen. coming in to make changes. 2nd offer is at a newer firm however i’ve heard great things, and they offered 80k, unl. PTO, 1500 billable hours, bonus incentives qrtrly, & 50% health ins. WHY can’t I make a decision? HELP

Hello! I'm wondering if you all could give input on my salary. I'm a civil engineer in Chicago with 1.5 yr experience making $66,150. Bonuses are about $2k a year (not guaranteed).

The only reason I'm asking is because Glassdoor says the average starting salary is $77k and with my experience I should be making $85k. I'm not sure how accurate these numbers are though. Any input appreciated!

I’m curious how PwC claw backs work if we were to leave Vialto Partners? For example, I received a retention bonus in late 2021 stipulating that it must be paid back if I leave PwC within 1 year. I have cleared all the interviews for Walmart Global Tech and salary negotiations are also done. A month ago the recruiter said that they are waiting on some approvals and once it is done we will be issuing the offer letter but I haven't heard back any other update since then. Am I getting rejected or is it normal to be on hold without any update for a month at this stage?
