Received a job offer today and unsure how to proceed. The role is lateral but with more opportunity to advance. The offer consists of a 17% base salary increase, a 25% annual bonus structure, and a signing bonus of 25% of my base. I feel that the offer is fair but the downside is fewer vacation days. How many years is optimal to work in consulting before exiting to industry? Been in consulting since undergrad (~1 year). Content enough with my job to stay for a few years or more if that’s what opens the most doors for me, but I’m interesting in exiting as soon as I can to a role with less hours but seniority / upward mobility (willing to compromise short-term comp).

Technical account manager (TAM) salary range for Google cloud?

I have an offer with IBM in hand for 18lpa fixed+2.5lpa variable and I cleared all rounds with Cognizant. I had HR discussion in Cognizant and the max they can provide 23lpa including 70k as variable, but this requires approvals.
YoE: 7 years
Stack: SAP Central Finance, SLT and FICO
The problem is Cognizant is offering full length SLT role which is my secondary skill but IBM is offering me on the primary skill.
Considering huge difference in the package is it suggested to join Cognizant?
