I started with my company 1 year ago, was recently offered a 3% raise in my review contingent upon acquiring an HVAC cert. that they’re paying for. I currently make $20/hr. I have been told by everyone, including two people in corporate that after completing HVAC cert., I will get a $2 raise. At my review they said that was never an option.
