I’m seeking advise from fishers. My brother in law is going to university next year. He was engineering (which is one of the worse decisions someone can do from my experience LOOL). I told him if anything he should do managment engineering which he got accepted to. He also got accepted to Mcmaster- information management systems. Which in my opinion you get a bit of everything! How does the tax thing work on the ADP portal? I declared my tax submissions for PPF, HRA and life insurance. But still the tax of around 5k got deducted from this month's salary. If I didn't declare then more tax would have deducted or the declaration wasn't considered? Can someone please guide on this and tell the proper ways of saving the tax deduction?
