I got offer in TCS with 50% hike. After I got 120% hikes in Tech M, L&T. All DOJ is on Dec 13. Still Wipro didn't release offer letter done with 3 Technical and managerial rounds , HR discussion scheduled today and willing to release offer letter next week. At the same time 3 weeks back requested TCS for salary negotiation by sending counter offers but their response is very slow. Only One day left for DOJ. I was approached by my Manager from companyA and he has asked me if i am interested to join his team. ( He is now working for a different organisation as sr. Manager) . They are okay with 25lpa + compensation
Should I consider this opportunity or is it too early to switch again
