4. How much time does an associate 2 take to get promoted to senior associate?
5. Are there on-site traveling opportunities? And is it only to US or European countries as well?

Netcracker 32 lpa fixed +transport
Puresoft 34 lpa fixed + wfh
Mastercard 28 fixed +2.8lpa variable + 1 L joining bonus and is not revising ctc also not giving assurance on latest technology stack.
Netcracker is giving fixes + trasport

I have joined KPMG in June 2021 & it's been more than a year. The performance cycle here is Oct-Sept. I haven't spoken to my manager regarding hike during performance review assuming it will be given automatically post one year completion. Now I feel I should've discussed this before. Hi All, Recently I got an offer with almost 200% hike and company is telling me to join by 28th November. I have put down my paper on 11th October and it comes to only 46 days of Notice period. Rest 12 days I am not serving notice. But my manager is like December 9 is the last working day and they will not do buyout. In my offer letter its mentioned "The company is entitled to either waive the notice period in part or in full at its sole discretion or require payment of equivalent base salary

I am a bit skeptical to post publicly this question but no other choice...i got an offer from a company for 21 lpa with 2 l JB ...i was happy with it and didn't try other companies as well... recently just before one month before joining date they revised my offer and gave 29 lpa and received a mail to re accept offer...no hr discussion ... I didn't initiate any re negotiation...so i am surprised how is it possible? Any of u had or heard about such experiences?
