Hi Guys While submitting previous employers salary detail proofs, we need to fill up Company PAN and TAN. Any idea where can I get that? TIA
Anyone familiar with Addepar? I am interviewing with them at the moment. The company seems like it has potential. Reading mixed reviews from employees via glass door. They give decent stock options but salary isn't that great. Anyone with insight on the company or ipo expectations.
When can you ask what the salary is during the interview process. I’d need a bump to jump & don’t want to waste anyone’s time. Glassdoor has very wide range.
What does the EY Assoc. Director level equate to in Deloitte terms (level)? And what is the general pay range for internal, non-client facing roles within Enterprise Technology (total comp). Any tips / suggestions from those in EY?
Curious to know which offer you would take and other considerations (both are fully remote): Offer 1: Product Manager, seed round start up, $170K base, $20k annual bonus target, options currently valued at $56k with 4 year vest. Offer 2: Director of Revenue Operations, privately held global company (11 years old), $240k base, $20k annual bonus target, no equity.
What firms are 100% lockstep (i.e. uniform compensation based on class year and no hours minimum for bonuses)?
Any MBB fish willing to do an informational interview? Would love to learn about your background, work experience at your firm, and WLB. Bonus points if you’re at the associate level (1-3YOE) & based in LA/SF so I can hear learn about your experience comparable to my own but open to anyone. Thanks in advance!!
Coming up on one year, and want to ask for a salary increase to get up to market rate vs what I accepted back when everyone’d taken cuts. Anyone have any luck with this? Any advice?
How’s this offer sound: lead product manager for series C healthcare startup, $220k base, 15% bonus, RSUs, $50k sign on bonus. Seems decent for a startup?
Why are other firms already notifying new hires about the increase in salary but PwC recruiters stated that ours are re-evaluated in June if we start next month? A friend is at a middle firm starting out at 68. How lucky.
Ok, so I really like my team and am on track so far for a promo next year. However, I'm not ok with the lack of compensation. Should I jump ship now for another B4 with the promo and much more pay? Or should I just suck it up and wait it out?
I'm making an internal transfer to FAAS service line (out of audit) and only got a $2K raise. I was under the impression that FAAS gets paid a fair amount better than audit? Was I mistaken? For context: I'm leaving audit as a "top rated" S1. I'm already compensated at the top of the pay-band (as told to me by the recruiting team who are helping to transition me). I also applied for PWC CMAAS, but was offered the same exact compensation as EY and was told there was no room to negotiate.
What salary range should I be asking for? I am looking to transition from Audit to Forensic Accounting and have both my CPA and CFE. I also have 2 years of public accounting experience. I currently have 5 interviews all in Forensic positions.
Accenture and Deloitte consulting folks - what is the first / second year total partner comp in your firm? Intel would be helpful as courting MD level offers from both. Thanks in advance!

It’s awards season for Scroogiest Company of the year! Time for Q4 cuts and gotcha just kidding about them bonuses haha memorable moments. I’ll go first- Argonaut just laid off a lot of people right before the Dec. 9th bonus dispersal date that was promised for folks who had been employed since March 2020. Those crazy kids! Always up to something silly! Gonna go ahead and say though that Better is still narrowly in first place after the Zoom firing holiday Xmas special. Who else?
Got several offers and I narrow down to two best offers that are pretty close. Capital One ($125k with 7.5k signon bonus) and TMobile ($129k with 10k signon bonus). At this point, it’s hard to choose. Which company would you prefer? Can you give me some insights working with Capital One and T Mobile?

For those who have taken parental leave, do you uninstall your work chat app from your phone while you’re away? What about email? Do you delete the account from your email app?
I took a legal adjacent job after a little less than a year at my firm, and I regret it. My firm has been trying to get me to come back, which is an option, but I also have a start up in-house position offer. I’m so conflicted. It would probably look better if I went back to my firm because I haven’t been at this place that long either, but the in-house offer feels like a great opportunity. Help please.
Do companies weigh certs more than hands-on experience? (ie: open source contributions, projects, etc) Asking b/c I'm joining big 4 in cyber and wanted to know whether I should prioritize certs over developing my skillet through projects? Thanks

How tough is it to break into a FAANG PM role at mid-level if you have less prestigious experience? I have 10+ YOE in product, but some was at a tiny meh startup that fizzled out, some was in the digital wing of a large old healthcare org, and though my current role is GPM at a “name brand” tech company, it’s on the smaller side. Went to a good-but-not-Ivy school. What qualifications and experience are FAANG companies looking for when hiring mid-level PMs? Can I break in at mid-level from here?
