Is signing up for Siemens (a German based company) a bad idea right now with the potential bad economy coming? Salary question! I’m a senior account manager with 5+ yrs experience (Commercial Insurance) - on the road to being an Account Executive in the next year. Can others post their base salary that are in a similar spot in their career? Just wanting to compare and make sure my salary is fair/average for the west coast area as I am not from here originally.

I'm starting to realize that so much of the angst people have towards Big law is self-forced. A lot of juniors put an insane level of pressure on how they are perceived or always trying to seem busy. My philosophy has always been simple: "see the work, do the work." That's it.

I signed my contract when I joined my company and I negotiated my salary, they did offer a bit more than the initial number but what made me sign it was they mentioned it was qualified for bonus as well. So being new in my career I said that’s great and went ahead and accepted the offer. But now no one has mentioned anything about the bonus and I checked my contract and no where does it mention anything about the bonus. Can anyone help me here. Who can i speak to? Tips to stay motivated and cut procrastination? I started a new client side job remotely a few months ago at the beginning of covid. I know that I'm extremely lucky to have landed a role during shutdown, but lately my motivation has taken a hit. My entire team of two people is new, and it's definitely been odd to onboard remotely. Things are not as fast paced or as exciting as agency side, but I have also been dragging out tasks due to procrastination and just feeling lost. How can I do better?

Paid Media Manager for 5 years in a digital marketing agency. A year ago, I started a 2nd role as a data analyst due to my ability to automate reporting & build out dashboards for clients using sheets and Google data studio.
I have basic SQL knowledge & am learning more SQL, Python & possibly R.
