Hey all. Paid search strat here. What would the salary expectations be for a senior strategist in nyc for paid search be? I started 06/2021 as a assistant then promoted to a strategist 05/2022. I’m at 65k.. so I wanted to see what I should ask for especially if I am being considered.

Hi, I work in TCS CTC: 3.36 LPA currently on notice period. I got an offer from a Capital advisor firm. They are currently working manually and want to transfer their system in IT. My role is to create cloud environment for their everyday data after that to clean, filter data. After that create a algorithm model. I have skills of ML and basic of SQL. They are going to provide me courses if I needed or provide me an intern. I will be the only IT guy in that company. Salary offered 5.5 LPA....

I’ve noticed companies are starting to ask if you wish to identify if you’re LGBTQ+ when applying for jobs. When I’ve gone along with this I notice recruiters focus more on diversity and employee groups, and it’s making me feel like I’m being interviewed as a potential diversity hire, especially when I’ve received interviews from companies that are prone to boy’s club culture. I’m not really sure how I feel about this. Anyone else experience it or have thoughts?

One of the hardest things to do in business and in sales is to have someone love what you do so much that they'll put their name on the line and refer you business.

That's a relationship you have to nurture.

And I bet that most of you have more than a handful of happy customers who would refer you business. The easiest way to get more leads and pipeline is to ask for referrals.

Any advice with anxiety before calls/door pulling? Never happened before but it’s crippling now.
