Any weight loss stories out there? What has worked for you? I’ve tried to lose ~20 pounds on/off for the last 6-8 years and have never succeeded. I love food and hate working out 😑 I’ve tried all sorts of things but just can’t keep them up since I don’t enjoy them. Would love to hear any success stories out there!
