I have 5 YOE in Analytics... always thought I wanted to be a DS, but every job (even the junior ones) required experience in ML development. Though I am part of the ML project, I'm not the person develop the model. And I have a hard time when the interviewer ask about how I develop the model and what hyperparameters I tuned. I know the thought process and stuff but 'I' wasn't the one who did that part in the project. How to convince them that I could do the job without taking credit of others.

I was made aware that I could work for consulting companies under a personal LLC and increase the pay received. My understanding is this is because I would have to pay my own insurance, benefits etc. Can anyone provide any additional details or literature on this?

With the ish that’s going on with ACN being disguised as “normal attrition”, I’d be happy to do a resume review for those affected. Former implementor who pivoted to M&A for a 45% comp bump circa 2021. I hope others follow suit, there’s enough shitty people in this business. I try not to be one of them.
