During filling employement details of Cognizant ( Current company ) I have mentioned Post/Designation as "Senior Associate - Projects" as the same has been mentioned in my Last promotion letter. However as per my BU role has been mentioned as "Sr. Product Specialist -Tech".

In Cognizant both are same ( SA candidate gets Sr.Product specialist role name as per Business unit ).

Not sure if this will create any issue of TCS Onboarding/BGC.

Appreciate your idea/ any suggestions on this.

Currently at 116k base + 5k bonus.
Recruiter at FAANG says the position I am applying to will pay between 120-130k all inclusive.

Will there be an opportunity to negotiate that to higher than 150k after the interviews?

Is the non compete I signed, as part of the job offer acceptance for the position with the bigger company, enforceable if I rescind my job acceptance before I actually start a new job? I don’t think it is. I didn’t receive a sign on bonus so no additional consideration was exchanged from my understanding of my law classes.

I’m a year into my job out of undergrad, and would be up for promo from A to SA at the earliest one year from now (with 1.5 years from now being the norm for promo/up-or-out point).
