On a new team, internal move. Have about 10 YOE but looks like this will be the first year I end nowhere near annual goal. A few things outside of my control as I'm coming into the territory and things falling through. Role is heavy on renewals/farming but also some hunting. Because the farming has been so bad as I settle into month 4, will have a huge climb. The number of reps/meetings to get there is not attainable. Do I grind it past year 1? Hi friends, I just raised exit request in Accenture after getting the offer from TCS. To be frank I love to work with Accenture as the hike percentage is pretty decent when compared to other companies also I am comfortable working with Accenture. I took this decision because the terms are not good with my current manager. I am currently drawing 15.5 LPA including variable pay. TCS offering 20 LPA. Is there any retention policy available? If yes how much hike I can expect?
