For background check, do the vendors reach out to us for documents before joining? Coz when I sent back the signed LoE, apart from PAN and Aadhar, no other document was asked for as such by the HRs.
Wondering how would they conduct the check. Any clue?

I was on the course with my mentor this week for a business related event. All the men continually thought we were the cart girls and asked us to fetch them things despite being in a regular golf cart and wearing our (not beverage or course) company polos. Part of me wants to just say “it was hot anyone could make that mistake!” But part of me also feels like it was sexist and, based on prior experiences, it’s hard not to feel that way.
