Advantages and disadvantages of being in a fixed bid support project?

Having one of those days where little errors are creeping into things. E.g. addressed comments from a client and when sending to the partner for review later, forgot to flag that I didn’t address one of the comments because it was directed to him. He wasn’t happy I didn’t mention the comment in my email with the draft which, also mad at myself for not doing, although I expected him to read the draft and he did. Any tips for slowing down when you’re jumping between 10 matters in a day?

I supported day and night for a project but they have never recognised me . Finally they recognised and provided rewards for a managers pet who used to work with help of my support for solving all the issues.
I regret now that I should not work for company. I should concentrate on my own wealth and health.

I do UHNW luxury good transactions. About a year ago we represented buyer and seller on a deal. Deal fell apart because the buyer was shady and actively trying to engage in illegal acts. Buyer reached out asking us to represent them in a new purchase attempt, we declined.

They found new counsel and made an offer on the same asset. The owner doesn’t wish to engage with them. Can I give the owners reasons to the new counsel without violating duty to my old client

I don’t understand how someone can lie about loving you for 6 months. We were together for almost a year (broke up a week before our anniversary). I said I love you first and he said it back. I asked for more reassurance last month with saying I love you more often. Now all of a sudden he said he didn’t know if he loved me and that love meant marriage for him. I’ve been applying to consulting firms including B4 over the past year. Every single (10+) interview was successful at first stage but not at partner/director level. While I believe they all go well, I’m not able to land an offer.

Anyone interviewed with Capgemini UK ? I have a second stage interview with them next week and the only thing I’m told by the recruiter is that it’ll be a case interview with behavioural questions and everything will be told to me at the interview.
The case interviews I am used to are when I was given a problem statement before hand and I had to come up with the presentation. This is a bit different .
