Those in music comms: what are the best labels/agencies to work at?

Is 5 YOE considered entry level or associate? When I apply to associate level jobs I get nothing but rejections. And all the entry level jobs call for new grads or people with under 3 YOE.

I’m so confused. How do recruiters look at someone with 5 YOE? What level is that considered?

I love the idea of OE, but probably cannot sustain 2 FT j’s. Does anyone have a good resource to look at low-scope second j’s? Was imagining something with flexible, “work when you want” type work. Maybe 10 hours p/wk, but can be a solid supplement?
I’ve seen some articles that mention proofreading, or call center work. But I’m curious what else is out there.

Generally speaking about communication habits, would you rather be long winded or tight lipped?

In year 3 of my career and I am confused with what I want to do. Has anyone ever felt like that in their career? Like I am in tax compliance now and I wake up one day wanting to move to advisory, the next day I want to tax technology group, and the next day I want to move to another group in tax. It’s been frustrating for the past month.

I work on an account that has not set management boundaries with our client. It feels like we’re a restaurant, where client is allowed to directly request whatever tasks they want anytime and everything is urgent. Theres a tendency to send “last minute requests” which are usually completed on time... which means I have to drop everything else in order to complete it. I’ve been told to even start working 1 hr before my working schedule... even though I find myself working overtime 1-2 hrs. HELP!
