Are you maxing anything out?

That all depends on your monthly expenses. They usually recommend 3-6 months. I am personally over cautious, especially with the pandemic so I think 6-9 months is better.

Cool

Do you not have any cash? Emergency savings should be held in savings/checking account you can withdraw from immediately without worrying about valuation.

6-12 months of bare but all of the necessary living expenses. Food, rent, transit, etc. Unrelated to your income, more about spending. So if you make 110k but spend 30k on bare necessities, I'd try to have 15-30k for emergency savings. Maybe more if you are thinking about major life events that add a cost rather than just depriving you of income (car crash, whatever) but the 6-12 months is usually an achievable guideline for white collar jobs.

To conservative for a 25 year old. I would go all equity low cost funds and diversify globally and by cap size.

OP, S&P500 is most of the stock market capitalization so there is little difference between S&P and total US stock market. You'll miss out on low cap stocks which could add diversification but collectively their swings are small. Domestic vs global can be a significant difference and from one decade to another, one can outperform another. This is why I use target date funds to simplify things, at least with vanguard, because they go for the total US stock market as well as international equities. Or you can use lifestrategy funds - it'll be the same thing though the strategies over time are different (target date funds change depending on your age vs the target date and lifestrategy funds stay the same forever). If you want to pick one thing for simplicity in the brokerage account, try a lifestrategy fund with the right bond/equities allocation for your risk tolerance.

Target funds are ripoff, particularly with your time horizon. Go 100% equities for your 401k.

My net worth is comprised entirely of stonks, real estate, and pokemon cards.

What's the $ value tho?

Not bad at your age grasshopper

When I was your age, I was 100% invested in each of those. Those some rookie numbers

What are good exit opportunities for engagement manager working in healthcare consulting? What resources should I use? Sorry, I’ve been out of game for a decade now and looking for a switch!

I am about to return to work after maternity leave. I have a 4 month old and a two year old. Our daycare is periodically closing due to COVID. We don’t have family nearby to help when daycare closes and I’ll be headed into busy season upon my return. I’m already on a reduced schedule. No one else I know is in my shoes in my group/office at EY. How have your families in similar situations dealt with this? I feel like I’ll be very unreliable as we head into the busy season.
