So recently I was filling up the Accenture BGV details in EAF. Everything went well, but I just botched up at a place wherein we had to provide the address with phone number of the previous employer.
Sadly, as I clicked on the submit button, I realized that I missed adding the phone number and that I cannot add it.
Is there a solution to this? Can it lead to rejection of my candidature? Kindly guide.

How do you not feel guilty when protecting your work-life balance? I am annualizing about 200 hours over my billable requirement and accept new work when asked 99% of the time, but yet I feel guilty leaving the office at 4pm to do family stuff after billing a full day and being on track for all of my projects. Been at current agency for a year, loved it and love my team. Pros: Benefits are great, as is the mentorship and work is generally quite stable. Cons: Lower paid
The new agency is smaller and benefits aren’t as good but I’ll get a +45% pay increase and title bump. Work is different to what I’m used to which is both exciting and daunting (imposter syndrome will no doubt kick in!).
Ideal situation would have been to stay in current role another year or two... help!
I had a review and came out feeling terrible. September was pretty much back on track but April and May I billed ~half, and while things have picked up there is really no way that I’ll hit my target. They focused so much on hours while only referring to actual feedback as almost anaside (it was good) such that I couldn’t even feel good about that. I’ve been trying everything I can to get work and my stress is through the roof. Any advice or words of wisdom? I’m feeling paralyzingly anxious.
