A New Earth by Eckhart Tolle. It falls into spirituality but give it a chance even if that’s not your genre. It’s the best self help book. About recognizing and overcoming the ego. :)

Don’t hesitate to praise others whenever you see the opportunity, and praise lavishly. Sincere praise always works better than criticism. It makes others more receptive to you if you were to later suggest ideas.

Be genuinely interested in other people, as that shows (so does when you’re being fake). This builds lasting connections.

Assume the best in others and express it, so that they feel like they have a good reputation to live up to. It becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

The hearts of the matter to me, are really empathy and positivity here.

Were spinning up a full team to build it and I’ve exhausted all avenues to find an alternative solution. There isn’t. Horrified this is a career limiting situation….
