Hi Friends,
Anyone working in Warsaw , Poland.
Can anyone help me on how to get interview calls from companies abroad. I would have applied to more than 1000 jobs in UK and Ireland through job boards such as LinkedIn , Irishjobs.ie and others but never received even a single interview invite . Am i doing something wrong ? 😔
Will be really obliged if someone from this group can guide me
The pay of 62K seems on lower side. I wouldn't want to move to Netherland if the pay isn't 90k+. The pay would be approx 3k-3.5K/Month. The cost of living in Netherlands is way higher, and you will have to do all things by yourself. As a thumb rule, you should be earning 3x if you move abroad.
What I would recommend is to stick to the current company.
Probably after few months, when things cool down and you have your appraisal, you can look for better opportunity. May be middle eastern countries where there's no to minimal tax.

Ya when I asked them higher , they cancelled my offer.
How did you got this opportunity if you can share.
For the initial landing offer also this seems low. Based on tour priorities you can decide. One of my known person got 75k Germany as landing offer.
TIA.
62K in Netherlands = 75K in Germany . In netherlands u ll get 30% ruling which makes your salary attractive , in germany u dont have such ruling
Go for it. Enter Netherlands and search for a job there and switch!
With family it will be difficult to survive with this salary. You will be living paycheck to paycheck.
62k euros is very less considering your yoe. I would say this is a salary for a person who has 1-3 yoe.
Visa sponsorship is not required for europe based companies because it's not much amount wise. Some companies do give support for relocation through agencies which help in visa processing.
Very low salary. Atleast 80000+
No but i had been to germany and 60k is way too less . If you want to go as a landing offer you may try but with family it's a struggle

If 62k is before tax then you will find it find to live a comfortable life, let aside any savings.
What are the components covered in 62k?Can you pls provide the salary break-up?
Coach
62k base plus variable bonus
65K is very good salary for people around 5 yoe
62K for 10 yoe is low . U cant compare salary of germany with netherlands . In Netherlands, ur take home will be way more than Germany due to 30% ruling . U can at-least settle for 75k to 80K .
Btw does it include holiday allowance and bonus ?
You may take a risk here. Sadly talented individuals are lowballed. Better you start looking for a job after an year per your salary expectations. It’s indeed tough to get sponsored job from India.
Check purchase parity calculator you will get an idea
How did you end up getting an offer.. I am trying for 12 months but no offer yet🥹
Then don't think about package too much. Anyway they won't increase and you want to go to europe. Go there , explore and learn.
Advantages:
1) get free from capitalist countries like India.
2) live a happy and good life. I heard from my friend that dutch people are pretty good to mingle and enjoy.
3) you can switch to a new offer any time.
4) your resume level will become higher with international experience. (I.e) you can come back to India and earn more than what you're earning now. You have indian citizenship
5) The main reason is that you're trying for a long time and you want to move there and hesitate now due to the offer. Dont be pathetic. Just follow your heart. You're not going to lose anything.
