I have been approached by 3 separate HR people at a startup company to interview for a position. I already have a fulltime job that pays well and I only started 6 months ago too. Anyways, the pay was intriguing and the job was a high level scientific advisor so I did interviews. I got a new job offer, which is $5 lower than I’m making now but they have great monthly incentives and no working on-calls and weekends. They had told me only working Mon-Fri 8am-5pm.
