I worked for 3 accounts here as a developer got many appreciation from clients, internal recognition but my salary is still very low. I trained some of the fresher and lead the team who are making double of my annual salary. They got promoted to SE me still BPO1 with 15k/month. One of my colleague got C band this year and previous year as well. He rejected his band this year and in discussion his manager told him that they will promote him to next grade. My question "is it possible to het promoted with 2 consecutive C band?

What is the bench period rule for associate consultant as of now? The job security might not be the same for lateral entries who are joining with higher package as TCS is not renowned for high pay. TCS requires resources now due to high attrition, so they are paying high CTC now. But in future not sure considering looming recession, how TCS will react....

I have heard that most legacy systems specifically mainframes are being replaced and new technologies taking over for similar purpose.
How about employee like us who just started in this mainframe tech . Where will we end up if you stay in this.
Many of onsite leads tells that move of it as they are migrating larger part of it to new platforms but BU heads says it is going to stay for a long long time don't get panicked.
Can anyone let me know the real scenario.??
