So… you’re 2 years out of undergrad, potentially moving from a Big 4 to an MBB firm, and you’re salty about potentially being hired with the same title as a fresh undergrad hire? Do I have that right?

Title being the same dowsnt mean salary and expectations are.
Senior associate is a title by us but 3 cohorts at differnt salary points....May be its similar there
Okay understood. Fair. Should I just lightly bring this up in my interview? Or completely avoid it?
Pay bands are higher for experienced hires (I know this to be true at McK and BCG for sure)
For generalist consulting roles. Not familiar with others
I know people with 10 years of experience and an MBA coming into the same role as people 3 years out of undergrad. YOE means nothing. Also, these are very meritocratic organizations, so if you’re a top performer it won’t matter where you started
