Is it compulsory to work from the office for IBM? I am currently living in Mysore and IBM offered me a Bangalore location? IBM is not ready to change location from Bangalore to Mysore. Do I have to relocate or can I travel on a need basis?

I got 3 offers, 2 are from product based and 1 is from a contractor of Deloitte.
Euromonitor Banglore : 12 LPA (fixed) Manhattan associates; 11.5 LPA (fixed) Joules2Watts: 14 LPA (fixed) , contractor for Deloitte,
YOE: 1.5 years
Profile: Software Engineer (.NET + Angular).
I can't decide which to join among these. Please suggest which one to prefer.

Seems like there are a ton of health techs trying to sift through big data for drug development or diagnostic applications and also a ton going after primary care in one way or another. Seems like oversaturation where most will fail and/or consolidate.

All interviews cleared in SAP labs and waiting for the offer proposal..

HR held on for a week on finalization of numbers.. Today she came back and asking me for the possibility of joining 20 days early... (I am in notice period already and my l working day is August 10th).... Based on this, she will give the offer.

Due to current attrition rates.. it's highly complex to get a notice waive off or buyout.

I have responded the same.. And unsure how this will impact the offer.. Any thoughts? SAP
