I know they’re considering me for a new opening coming in Q4, I’ve spoken with both my manager and VP about my career goals. I purchased a home with the intent of living in it once DT allowed us to return to office, but the return date kept getting pushed back so I haven’t moved in yet. I’ve been staying at my parents house 2 hours away and plan on remaining with them until the office opens up. Would i get in trouble if I rent my home out? I fully intended on living in the home at the time of signing but covid just got worse so my original plan hasn’t worked out yet.

I have been offered a job at grade 10 at NTT Data UK. The pay is good, however given my experience (19 years) and current designation of Associate Director in a large consulting, it looks like I should at least get a higher grade like 11. What are your thoughts? Will it be wise join at grade 10?
