How should we go about phone screenings as the interview. I’ve had the opportunity to be on about 4 projects but I can seem to tackle the “tell me about yourself” component

I’ve made it to the final round for a PM role at a FinTech. I have 2 interviews tomorrow, one with the co-founder and another with the head of engineering. I suspect the engineering interview will have some sort of tech focus but I’m not sure what to expect from either, especially the one with the co-founder.

Has anyone got any advice on what I should expect and how to best prepare? This is as close as I’ve got to a PM role after numerous rejections at application stage.

For M7 apps, where do they ask you about your extracurriculars? I suppose you could write about it in the essay or talk about it in the interview but do they ever explicitly ask for it?

Need advice:
I had final interview today with one of the elementary schools in GTA, ON Canada. I got the offer with $50,000 starting salary but the IT has a solo person who’s called IT Director in team and I’ll be 2nd person. About 6 weeks vacation including Christmas, Jewish holidays and 2 weeks personal vacation. I interviewed for another big company GHD on Tuesday (waiting to hear back). And today I got two more interviews from Mid-sized companies- one of them pays ~$54,000. What should I do?

Ugh I'm already experienced and qualified.. Why do I still get so nervous during interviews for jobs I really want?? How I quell it?

I am looking to start a career as a solutions consultant and am wondering if there are any certifications that you would recommend that would help give me an edge.

I am currently interviewing for Netsuite but if I do not end up getting the job, will definitely apply for similar roles at other companies.

I have seen online websites suggest project management certs or sales certs. I wanted to post in here to see if there were any recommendations that you all had.

I was approached by a McKinsey recruiter last week and after a quick chat they scheduled me for a 30 minute pre-assessment call with a McKinsey alum. When asked how I should prepare for the pre-assessment the recruiter encouraged me to look into the case prep information on their website. 30 minutes sounds too short for an actual conversation and a case interview so I really don't know what to expect.

Does anyone actually know what the pre-assessment entails?
