Why Aren’t More Women Taking the Lead in Project Management?
Women make up around a third of the project management population — a figure that hasn’t changed a great deal over the last few years — and they also continue to be largely absent from leadership roles in major projects.

Stay with a negotiated offer from current company. Try to make it as close as 16. They will start searching for your replacement.
Meanwhile search for another good prod based company with 15-16 as base of current company (depending on negotiated number)
Stick with product company, you will be able to have your sanity atleast. Service based companies are a jungle these days though they offer more salaries.
thankyou.. yes even i am liking product based more my earlier exp in service based was worst and toxic so later whenever i try i will switch to product only
Pro
Stay back
Don't go for service based from product that too ur current comp is providing a nice hike, may i know ur current comp and the offer u got so that it will be easy to decide
You can stayy in the product based, salary is also almost same
I would stay back in this situation
What is ur current company name? It would be nice for all of us to know the good company right.. If ur current company is giving nearby ctc with good work and wlb then stay back...
I assume 16lpa is your first offer , after putting paper you can get much higher CTC than 16lpa. So if you are planning to stay in your current company ask for a little more than 16lpa
yes salary is most important but i think other factors are imp as well which were good over here as of now
Normally I don't suggest anyone to stay back after resigning... but since you are happy with wlb and getting a close enough counter offer, and the fact that you spent less than 2 years, i think you can consider your company's counter offer.
Thankyou for the help...i thought this while taking decision
Stay at the current product based company, since anyhow the difference of in-hand salary at 14lpa & 16lpa isn't so high anyway & as you mentioned WLB is also good & work is also good,.
You can later look for a different company with 14LPa and easily enter range of >20LPA
Switch. Service based companies are better' for you. And salary is more
Stay atleast for 6 months or an year and if you're switching job then you'll get hike on top of 14lpa and also it won't affect your resume that you switch very often.. So be there for a while and then switch you'll reach 25lpa for sure.
thankyou for advice...right I can try again and anyways its not been much time in current company so might be this wasn't correct time for me to leave it
Which is your current company?
Better to stay here for a year, since wlb is good then make a move with 14lpa as base
Negotiate to match atleast 16 lpa
I tried doing that but they didnt agree, thats the max that they can offer is what they said
Stay there
Stay
retain there itself in the current working company
Stay
Stay now, chill and move later
