I am on my 1st year H-1B. Since in-person interviews are being waived, can I have my visa stamped by sending the documents via FedEx to my country's US embassy, without me actually leaving the U.S.?

I am very certain that it does not work that way. I just want to be sure that it does not work that way.

Sigh. I started at a T2 recently and I’m realizing that I don’t like it at all. I’m not motivated and anytime I hit the bench I get anxiety about the projects I’ll be put on that may not fit with my goals. Hi! I am moving to a new city and have received multiple offers. I don’t want to burn any bridges and want to keep those connections at the places where I’m going to to turn down offers. Any suggestions on how to go about it. There are very comparable in salary, I Had great interviews and told them that I was really interested in their company. In the end I’m really choosing based on the company and work that I will be doing there which all are great but ultimately I have to pick one.

Hubs is starting to interview for senior legal roles. Hasn’t had a haircut during covid, and it’s curly and fantastic. Looks awesome. Does he need to cut it to appear “professional?” (He was laid off in April, so we’re getting anxious)

My hiring manager said it looks good for Python and SQL+ETL but he wants me to do python scripting questions in the client interview which I am not much aware of. I could have lied, of course. But for what?

Several interview callas happened for next 3 weeks
And then they gave me a verbal offer and my Hiring Manager said once it's approved in system it should come to you formally
And then after one week (May 31) my BGC got initiated, it took one week to complete (HM confirmed)
After this nothing much happened, when chased the HM said fiscal year end delaying executive approvals
I am still waiting, not sure what do I expect from them here,if anyone can help

All! Just a little confused - parts of the EO recalled by the a president earlier this month made some exemptions to H1B workers who could possibly get their visa stamped IF they fall into any of those categories. So hypothetically if the consulates open, we should be able to get it stamped right? I see many posts on the bowl saying H1B still won’t be stamped until December and hence my question!
