I am recent mechanical engineering graduate and working in amazon from last 7 months in non tech L2 role ...I am learning Data analytics from Google data analytics course on coursera after that might complete IBM course also ... But my question is will that be enough to land in entry level job in good companies or I should enroll into private institute (most of them promise 100% placement) ...If so then which one is good ?.and what should I do next in general to build good career.

I’m in final stages of interviews with Accenture for a PM role. I’m based in Chicago with over 5 years relevant experience and certified in agile. Before talking more, the recruiter gave a 105 salary cap, but averages online look more like 112-123. They seem very excited about me.

If I get the offer, should I go ahead and ask for higher? Any Accenture PMs have additional info on salary and/or salary band levels (or who just generally have tips)?

Current position is $45k year, full time but only a 30hr week. Also, no responsibility and little to no actual work. I play Switch or read most of the time. Was bored and picked up a side project, which impressed the boss. I have a meeting on Thursday with the president of the company for a Social Media/Marketing dual role position. Evaluating a job offer (yay!)
I have 8 years of HR experience, no college degree, and no HR certification. Titles held have been HR Specialist, HR Administrator, HR Generalist, Associate HR Manager, and most recently, HR Director for only four months (toxic). Geographically speaking, salaries are not very high. I was offered $45k in an hourly role as a site HR rep for a hotel with about 50 employees in a bustling college town. Should I try to negotiate more pay? Any input is appreciated.
