I am working in Virtusa for last 9 months,got the project in Nov(as 3rd party contractor), now there is some issues within the client teams. I do not see any progress in this project (Bad attitude of people here),to set up a call you have to wait for a week and again people don't turn up in the meetings.Its hampering my progress and learning. I am looking for a job change but the biggest issue I am facing is 90 days notice, thought of changing project please suggest me what should I do.

If I am in “offer review” stage per referral website. What does that mean? In comp committee? Or HC?

How many are there like that in a level and does an associate starts from the lower decimal and move to higher or vice versa?
