Hi all, I currently have 1.5 years experience in IT audit and am wanting to make the transition to tech consulting. I came across this job posting at D but am not sure if this is a good fit as they are looking for snow dev/imp experience. My experience with snow has been primarily reviewing change tickets captured within snow. I do have an information systems degree. Is it worth applying or am I wasting my time/ setting myself up for failure?

It would be best if you can connect with a deloitte employee who can put in a referral for you. Although it’s not guaranteed, it’ll get you a higher chance of receiving a response.

It doesn't hurt to book a coffee chat with someone on that team but imp/dev experience is not equilvalent to testing. Have you looked at a more junior role?

On June 21, I had an interview with two managers to become an HR Coordinator. Everything went smoothly, and I got good feedback, so I moved on to the management round of interviews. The recruiter initially stated that I would go through two rounds; however, between June 22-June 23, there were really five rounds, and I am still awaiting the scheduling of one more interview, even though it is now July. I'm becoming frustrated at this point. I’m still actively interviewing with other companies.
