A lot of professional service firms like law and consulting often have positions like that. The law firm I worked at had a really big learning/professional development team - and they had great perks!
What kind of company do you want to align yourself with? there are a lot of great opportunities out there.
I’m honestly looking for something that isn’t heavy in the consulting space. With better benefits, opportunities for fast learning & growth in the company, VERY diverse, to name a few. There’s nothing wrong with my current company, I think I’m just ready for something new. I have 3.5 YOE in the HR/Learning space & want to continue on an upward trajectory to Manager (currently at Specialist level).
