What would be the average hike and bonus payout at NatWest? How long would I've to wait for B7.2 and B8 promotion?

I'm a final year CS student interning at Highradius (Fintech B2B) from the past 6 months and they've offered me PPO for Associate Software Developer (tech stack: java, spring boot) at 8LPA (6.75L fixed, 80k variable, rest benefits).

I have another offer for analyst at Deloitte USI consulting at 7.6 LPA (6L fixed, 60k variable, 1L joining bonus).

Which of these would be better in terms of growth?
