Met a CIO of a VC firm for black beauty brands (like my own brand) who was interested in recruiting me as a venture associate - I would directly be working with her and a contracted finance team for due diligence comp analysis etc. after calling her she said they’d want to do a 90 day project before fully hiring me for the role. The thing is its also during the cycle of other jobs like MBB that I was also hoping to apply for. Should I take the 90 day paid project is that common practice in VC?

Hi my exp is 5 years now, and I gave interview interview at TCS at 4.10 years of exp.
I got an offer from TCS with 16 CTC ( including 50k RI) and 2.5 joining bonus. I have other offer with Accenture with 13.24 fixed+21% variable = 16L and 3.3L joining bonus.

I have 4 families that I’ve been hanging out with for a couple of years and then a new family starting hanging out with us recently. Something I’m struggling with as it relates to the rise of the “Karens”. I get it, Karens suck and are very real but why is it that women always have to deal with this kind of stereotype? What is a decent pay for a project manager at a commercial construction company. Basically I am trying to find out if I am under paid or not. So I will give some details. I work in central Pennsylvania. I am 24 years old. I have a physics and mathematics degree with a 3.98GPA. I have been a project manager for about 10 months now.
