Hi all, I had a question causing stress to me . Can my employer make an epfo portal entry without any EPF form signing or even giving a formal appointment letter with all t&c like NP etc . Just the NDA has been signed by me . Not even a month is over . TIA ..

Also, why are you worried? EPFO entry will be only made for credit (which is based of basic). I fail to understand why someone would credit amount in your epfo account when you are not employed yet and have not worked even a single day.

Have you joined the organisation? Are you planning on absconding or have already absconded from one?

Without onboarding an organisation, the employer has no rights to create your PF account. If you have joined and left, even in a single day, they'll create PF account to process your 1 day salary and relevant contribution will be updated in your PF account.

No they can't. EPFO requires you to sign the form, no other way.

They have not given me appointment letter.Nor any govt forms like form 11 etc . Only offer letter and nda . And in offer only salary is mentioned and it's clearly mentioned there that the complete AL with detailed t&c like NP etc will be give n within 15 days of joining. And it's close to 1 month , nothing came .

I have joined a company few days back.
I am getting opportunity to apply at two very good companies.
But for both companies process will take 2-3 weeks.
