Also recommend it starts with the egg. Not a bad idea to do another round of retrieval first to build up the egg reserve. Are you doing PGS testing? Btw, 33 in IVF age is still young! You got time!

The only way I know of is coq10. A lot of people suggest the book “it starts with the egg” but I have not read it.

Ok thanks. My DHEA is way below normal, doctor recommended supements but did not wait for it to level up to normal.

Also I’d consider getting a second opinion on the protocol. How big were the follicles during your last ultrasound? Timing the trigger is a bit of an art and some clinics adjust things each cycle as they get to know the patient better, so you might have better luck with more mature eggs next cycle.

I would ask about / look into alternate protocols. That is a low rate of maturity and potentially could improve by adjusting stims.
