I need to connect aws vpc with azure vnet for few days for some data transfer. I have a Cisco asa in my data center that has ipsec sec tunnels to both aws vpc and azure vnet. Can i route the traffic between clouds using my tunnels on asa? Do you have any link that goes over it?

After re-negociation My current organization is providing me 21lks per annum fixed
And asking to serve for 1 year.i have served more than the notice period, to compensate they are ready to provide arrears for the same but subject to completion of one year.
I don't want to serve for one year and want arrears to be given in my upcoming salary.
So,can anyone suggest me what are the things I need to take care before accepting the offer.

Why do companies force us to work from office , when work can be done from anywhere. Some companies allow work from home but they need to work from their base location (Bangalore, Pune , Hyderabad) , do you also think there is some political pressure on corporates to ask their employees to stay in these cities so that locals can ask for whatever rent they want ?
