I have done with all the rounds for SRE position with Oracle. I have uploaded all the documents for the bgv in the first advantage url. It's been 15 days. Since then I didn't receive any communication. The director told initially when he started the offer roll out process that there is a freeze going on and needs to get the approvals to get this done. How many days will it take to roll out the offer basically with Oracle India. Can some one please help me with info.

Also, there are 4 bonuses each quarter with min of 25% as bonus. My total years of experience is 8 years and I am an sap technical consultant. Let me know if this is a good pay.
