Which could be the best pick for me?
Or should I ask for more as I see Market is still 18-20lpa

If any company give more salary than another competitor for same position, if we show their offer. In this case what will be the expectation from candidate.
Because some time consultant level guy gets an salary of lead level guy.

How much percentage of variable does wipro pay in first year of joining? And does bonus is part of fixed salary every year? I got offer letter from wipro and HR told me that wipro pays 100% variable below C2 band and bonus is part of salary. Is rhis correct?
