Hi All, I have a 2.2 years of experience in job market & 1.6 years of experience as an Insurance operation Analyst. Prior to this a was in US Staffing. I want to continue my journey in Insurance sector. Can you please give me some suggestion for any companies with good package? Should i go for Underwriting Analyst? Has anyone dealt with appealing NJ Unemployment disqualification of benefits? Specifically when almost a year has lapsed since receipt of benefits and now NJDOL is demanding full repayment of same. Curious - if EY’s IPO creates a windfall (one time payout of 2x annual compensation to audit partners and 7-9x annual compensation to consulting partners), why is everyone else not following? If you are a McK or a KPMG partner making a 1-2 Mn in consulting, that is a payout of 7-14 Mn for you .. ?? Received an offer from a competing holding group as Digital Manager (Individual contriubtor but with the expectation of expanding to a people manager.

Base salary is only 6% greater, but when I Factor in all the allowances and perks it's about +25% (~$80k). This would also be an upward career move from senior planner.

35 years old going to be 36. Started ttc recently and tracking my ovulation. I noticed my test shows high fertile for 7-8 days straight without any peak in that month. It happened twice in last 6 months. My periods are fairly regular with 26-30 days cycles. my obgyn doesn’t seem to mind it but she suggested to go see a fertility specialist if I want to conceive sooner and don’t want to go traditional way. I am really stressed about it. Am I late for conceive?

Are there any firms out there that actually let you take all your PTO? I hate that we have to make up our PTO to meet utilization targets. Been on a capped 40-hour project for the last two years and it’s had a terrible effect on my utilization.

Interested in hearing other opinions. A colleague and I were comparing our GA analytics audit for a particular client. We have a template we follow that doesn't focus on identifying an audience. For this particular client, I saw seasonality based on a specific audience, so I called out the audience in my draft of the findings and recommendations doc, and reported on acquisition. SPS RCO SAM is a prison

Recently I moved to this team, things were going fine and now they BLOCKED Tampermonkey script/google translate/Retail assistant/any extension usage across all browsers in my laptop . Apparently it is blocked by administrator for all the RCO employees. They have blocked it stating 'security reasons'.
I don't understand what they wanna accomplish by doing all this, are Amazon's security walls so fragile that they need to implement these measures?

Random Tangent: After year end results were delivered, staff received meager 3.8% adjustments, which is far from the news reports of 7.9% USA inflation. In short, essentially everyone in the company just took a paycut. And yet there's bafflement in the C suite when we see less than a week later a handful of key contributors leaving.
